Research

My research interests include:

Computational Neuroscience, in particular the computational modelling and analysis of neural tissue during development and degeneration.

Machine Learning and AI, in particular the employment of neurally/biologically inspired algorithms to model, assess and predict.

Agent-based modelling, in particular of biological systems such as neural tissue, cancer and tissue engineering processes (e.g., cryopreservation). More information on this research can be found also here.

My Google Scholar profile can be found here, my University profile is here, and my LinkedIn profile is here.

Some relevant videos and talks can be found via my Youtube channel

I am interested in a wide range of topics in Computational Biology and Complex Systems. Some project descriptions can be found here.
