BioDynaMo: Making sense of complexity in biology

Biological systems are usually very complex and involve different levels of space and time. We created an agent-based software that can help make sense of experimental data from such complex systems.
In 2015 we created the BioDynaMo collaboration with CERN. Since then, a number of institutions have joined this ambitious endeavour: to create a general Computational Biology platform for the modelling and analysis of biological tissue dynamics.
Our code is available as open-source via the BioDynaMo website!
